Anyway, if you have valuable data in your computer, I would suggest you to burn a linux redist such as Ubuntu to do a live boot, then copy out all the important data before you try to do the system recovery. I contacted Acer support and they asked me to restore to factory settings… Well i am ok with that… but now they also alter me to take a backup of all the files before doing the above. Hi Khalid, I would like to think that the things that you have deleted are actually from Windows itself, not on the booting level, so I would assume that the eRecovery system via Alt+F10 will still be usable.

Could it be upgraded to Windows 7 Home Professional? The configuration is as purchased so no changes have been made. I have enabled it in the bios and I did not delete my recovery partition. It goes through the restore system and updating system. If you have problem using Acer Recovery System, contact Acer or ask in related forums. Are you able to boot into any other mode such as Safe Mode F8 before the Windows Logo appear? And sorry one more question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
