The also grounds the Air combination valve vacuum control solenoid circuit, which energizes the Air vacuum control solenoid. Remove hose and vacuum lines from pump and solenoid. What ever happened with your dash lights? Please use caution before attaching them to the fan wires. I'm hoping since I had the issue before and its documented that they will take care of it.
This code indicates the secondary air injection pump may not be working correctly. If not, you'll have a pretty good idea what is going on.
